I have the migraine blues. 

and its made me feel totally terrible all week. And i’ve been thinking about bad things all day, and pulling more than usual… so i think im gonna go back to where i was. i guess i will talk about a different med for anxiety since upping this one did not work. 

so i might be going there soon for treatment for my migraines. but im torn if I want to go or not, I’ve read a bunch of really bad reviews of it on the computer, but the lady at the hospital says that most of those people had physcological issues or refused to stop taking pain meds…. but It still freaks me out. 

secondly, I’m freaked out about having to share a room with someone else. the previous times ive been in the hospital long term I had a private room. Im super scared because people really set off my anxiety and im worried that if im anxious the whole time the treatment wont work…
